High-Reach Stand-Up Forklift Operator Returns Center The High-Reach Stand-Up Forklift Operator is responsible for safely operating reach trucks and other powered industrial equipment to support the movement, storage, and handling of returned products within a high-volume warehouse environment. This role requires strong equipment proficiency, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in fast-paced operations. 1st Shift MON-FRI 630AM-3PM $18.45 2nd Shift MON - THURS 3PM-130AM $18.95 Key Responsibilities Operate high-reach stand-up forklifts to retrieve, put away, and move pallets within narrow-aisle racking. Support daily operations in the returns department, including staging, organizing, and transporting returned merchandise. Load and unload pallets from trailers and designated warehouse zones. Use RF scanners or warehouse management systems to update inventory, complete movements, and verify product accuracy. Inspect equipment before and after use and report any safety or mechanical concerns. Assist with general warehouse tasks, including pallet breakdown, consolidation, and product handling as needed. Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas following all company safety procedures. Meet productivity, accuracy, and quality standards specific to returns operations. Requirements Experience operating high-reach stand-up forklifts (recent experience preferred). Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet throughout the shift. Experience working in warehouse environments, preferably in returns processing or inventory-based roles. Proficiency using RF scanners or basic warehouse computer systems. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Reliable attendance and ability to work assigned shifts and overtime as needed. Commitment to safety and adherence to equipment-operation guidelines. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a returns center or reverse-logistics environment. Certification on high-reach equipment, pallet jack, or other material-handling equipment. Experience in narrow-aisle or high-bay warehouse operations
