Digital Growth Manager

Location: RemoteDepartment: MarketingReports To: Executive LeadershipPay: $8 per hour | Part TimeRole Overview:The Growth Manager owns the full spectrum of digital marketing execution across multiple organizations within MID Construction Group. This includes SEO, paid media, social media, graphic design, landing pages, email marketing, and related channels. The role manages the personnel executing these functions and is fully responsible for attribution accuracy and transparent reporting across all marketing sources. This individual serves as the primary point of contact for all marketing and demand-generation initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Oversee SEO, digital ads, landing page development, social media, email marketing, and related digital marketing channels.Manage designers, content creators, agency partners, and channel specialists.Build and maintain full-funnel attribution dashboards, ensuring clarity by channel and campaign.Identify strategies to improve acquisition volume, cost-efficiency, and quality across all entities.Maintain creative quality and brand consistency across all assets.Evaluate and implement marketing technologies and automation solutions.Improve web and funnel conversion rates through testing and optimization.Serve as the primary marketing contact for internal teams and outside vendors.Partner with Sales Ops and Data to ensure clean, trackable data and accurate pipeline measurement.Qualifications:4+ years in digital marketing leadership, growth, or demand generation.Proven track record managing multiple channels and marketing personnel.Interested Applicants send your CV to: mdecatoria@midconstruction.com
