At Luna, quality food, genuine hospitality, and community spirit are at the heart of everything we do.Role DescriptionWe are seeking a full-time, on-site General Manager to join our team at Luna Bakery & Café in Moreland Hills, OH. The General Manager will oversee daily café operations, lead and mentor team members, ensure high standards of quality and hospitality, and manage inventory and financial performance. Responsibilities include developing schedules, maintaining compliance with health and safety standards, handling customer inquiries, and supporting initiatives to grow the business. The General Manager will work closely with staff to maintain the warm, welcoming atmosphere that Luna is known for and to uphold company values.QualificationsExperience in leadership roles, team management, and staff developmentStrong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skillsKnowledge of restaurant operations, including inventory management and food safety standardsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster a collaborative team environmentPassion for hospitality, customer service, and community buildingProficiency in managing budgets, analyzing financial performance, and driving salesAbility to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment with a hands-on approachExperience in a bakery or café setting is a plusAvailability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays - Cafe hours Tuesday - Sunday 7am-3pm
