Establish and implement classroom procedures designed to maximize student learning.2. Prepare detailed weekly lesson plans for each assigned student consistent with the student's IEP. Timely submit plans to assigned principal.3. Prepare and present lessons consistent with written lesson plans and best education practices. Comply with all Individualized Education Plans.4. Maintain a neat and orderly classroom, including the physical arrangement of the room, student records and materials.5. Handle routine classroom discipline fairly.6. Prepare and timely submit all required reports and evaluations for each assigned student.7. Attend and participate in all required meetings and conferences, including professional development and planning meetings.8. Maintain complete and accurate student records, including attendance, performance and discipline records.9. Provide professional and regular feedback to students and parents, ensuring compliance with all laws and district policies and procedures.10. Regularly participate in appropriate professional development opportunities.11. Comply with all federal, state and local laws and board policies and procedures.12. Utilize professional behavior in all school-related interactions.
