Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Store Manager in Midland, TX. The Retail Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, ensuring excellent customer service, managing inventory, and driving sales performance. Responsibilities include team leadership, employee training, implementing retail strategies, loss prevention, and maintaining a welcoming store environment.
