Project Administrator
Coordinates all activities of a land development design team under the direction of a licensed professional engineer and project manager. The ideal candidate will be organized, assertive, and personable.
Main Job Roles
Submit design packages and secure regulatory approval for important community projects
Track and assist in the optimization of all design team activities from pre-project forecasting through project closure and archiving.
Communicate regularly with clients, subconsultants, government agencies, contractors, and others about project matters, contracts, billing, and collections.
Qualifications
Exceptionally positive attitude and energy
Proficiency in customer service and advanced written and verbal communication skills
Advanced organizational capability, analytical ability, and problem-solving skills
Demonstrated excellence in managing multiple tasks, personal time management, and coordination among teams of people
Proficiency with Microsoft Office software
Experience in design, land or infrastructure development, or real estate preferred
