Senior Strategic Advisor, Enterprise Strategy
Job Description As a Senior Strategic Advisor of Enterprise Strategy, you will be a trusted thought partner to senior leadership, shaping enterprise-level decisions through rigorous analysis and strategic insight. Success in this role means you consistently transform complex, unstructured challenges into clear, actionable strategies and plans across multiple time horizons. You'll deliver data-driven recommendations, craft compelling executive narratives, and execute with precision-helping the organization evolve towards a health solutions company. In this role, you will focus on insight-driven decisions, innovation, customer centric experience and local/national collaborations. Success in this role includes working collaboratively on impactful analyses, as well as driving action with partners across the enterprise. What You Will Do Deliver Insightful, Data-Driven Recommendations: Interpret data and identify trends to uncover actionable insights that inform enterprise strategy and decision-making Apply Critical Thinking to Drive Strategy Development: Leverage business and consumer insights to develop holistic strategies, initiatives, and plans to effectively drive innovation and business outcomes and maximize value in targeted areas. Support Strategic Initiatives: Deliver complex, cross-functional projects that drive transformative outcomes and position the organization for sustainable growth. Solution Design & Business Case Development: Develop innovative ideas to address existing or emerging business challenges. Evaluate those ideas for viability, quantify potential impact, and build compelling business cases to support decision-making. Support the Strategic Planning Cycle: Drive alignment across diverse stakeholders through clear communication and intentional structure in the annual planning cycle What You Bring Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required). 5+ years of experience in related field. In lieu of degree, 7+ years of experience in related field. Strong attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Flawless time management and prioritization abilities Preferred Qualifications Healthcare industry domain expertise Advanced proficiency in data visualization and analytics tools Top-tier consulting firm experience and/or clinical background (MD, DO, RN, PA, PharmD) #LI-Hybrid Salary Range At Blue Cross NC, we take great pride in a fair and equitable compensation package that reflects market-price and our starting salaries are typically planned near the middle of the range listed.
