The ideal candidate will have strong hands‐on configuration experience in Veeva Vault, along with functional exposure to Veeva Regulatory.This role requires working closely with business stakeholders, understanding requirements, and translating them into scalable Vault configurations.This job can be performed from anywhere in the USRequired technical and professional expertise4-5 years of hands‐on experience with Veeva VaultVeeva Vault RIM certification or regulatory domain trainingStrong experience in Veeva Vault RIM (Registrations, Submissions, Submissions publishing, Events)Solid understanding of regulatory processes (Submission planning, tracking, and health authority interactions)Hands‐on configuration skills: Objects, fields, lifecycles, workflows, page layoutsExperience with RIM data model: Products, Registrations, Regulatory Objectives, SubmissionsStrong troubleshooting skills: Access/security issues, workflow failures, data inconsistenciesFamiliarity with Vault Loader and bulk data operationsBasic understanding of integrations and REST APIsKnowledge of GxP and validation (CSV/CSA) practicesAbility to work with business stakeholders and translate requirements into solutionsPreferred technical and professional experienceExperience with advanced RIM capabilities: XEVMPD/IDMP conceptsKnowledge of global regulatory standards and formats: eCTD, IDMPExperience with data migration and large‐scale RIM implementationsExposure to adjacent Vault modules (Quality, Clinical, or Safety)IBM is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal‐opportunity employer.
