They focus on creating innovative, operationally efficient spaces for food and beverage processing, restaurants and hospitality concepts. Join a dynamic team where your design expertise will shape the future of restaurant spaces, from concept development to detailed 3D renderings that vividly bring ideas to life.Compensation & Benefits:• Salary: $70-90k• Bonus Package: Open to slightly higher• Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Paid Time Off, Holiday Pay, 401K, company paid benefits for employee and their familyKey Responsibilities and Goals:• Translate brand, operational, and customer experience strategies into clear, buildable BOH and FOH floorplans and concepts.• Develop detailed 3D models and high-quality visualizations using SketchUp and AutoCAD to support design presentations.• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure design aligns with project objectives, incorporating operational flow, guest experience, and spatial efficiency.• Conduct site visits to document current FOH and BOH environments, supporting data-driven design improvements.• Prepare comprehensive design documentation, including schedules, elevations, and specifications, supporting project phases from schematic design to construction.• Support cross-disciplinary integration to ensure final designs meet client and operational expectations.Competencies Needed For Success:• Bachelor's Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.• Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant, hospitality, or food & beverage design.• Proven portfolio demonstrating successful restaurant or hospitality projects from concept to completion.• Proficiency in SketchUp, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite; Revit knowledge is a plus.• Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively remotely and travel as needed.Referrals are our best source for the top talent our clients need so if you know of anyone with these skills in the food and beverage industry, please pass me their name and email/phone number, or share this job posting with them.
