This role focuses on consistency, efficiency, and quality, ensuring all items are prepared according to established recipes and standards while maintaining an organized and clean work environment.Key Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited ToExecute daily bakery production, including prepping, mixing, baking, and finishing productsFollow established recipes and processes to ensure consistency and qualityMaintain high standards for product appearance, taste, and freshnessAssist with prepping ingredients and organizing production for the dayCommunicate inventory needs and assist with stock organizationMaintain a clean, organized, and food-safe workspace at all timesSupport efficiency in production to meet daily volume needs while minimizing wasteAssist with prep for seasonal or new menu items as directed by leadershipFollow all food safety and sanitation guidelinesRequirements1–3 years of baking experience in a professional kitchen preferredStrong understanding of basic baking techniques and kitchen operationsAbility to follow recipes accurately and work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityGood time management and organizational skillsAbility to work independently while also contributing to a teamAbility to work mornings, weekends, holidays, evenings, and adapt to a flexible scheduleAbout Cellar HandCellar Hand is the latest culinary venture by the esteemed creators of Pali Wine Co.
