Industrial Electrician

* Please note: This company is specifically seeking candidates with U.S. military experience w/a Electrical background *Korn Ferry Military Division has partnered with our client on their search for a Industrial Electrician for their Laramie WY manufacturing plant. This is a new facility, currently under constructionCandidate MUST HAVE 3–5+ Experience years in heavy industrial electrical environments.About Laramie WY: Laramie (130 miles N. of Denver CO) is located at the base of the Snowy Range and Laramie Mountains, offering desirable perks for candidates who value outdoor lifestyle and space over larger metro living. While it is a smaller market, there are solid local resources including restaurants, sports, and community events.(Larger markets in Cheyenne or Fort Collins are approximately a one-hour drive.)The company offers Unique Employee Perks – a private park for employees and their families, which includes:Shooting range (currently up to 300 yards with planned expansion)Stocked fishing pondPrivate access to the Laramie RiverTent and RV camping sitesAnnual hunting tag raffles (including elk)Compensation: $40.00/hr + What You Will Do: Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems across plant operations Maintain motors, generators, breakers, starters, and power distribution systems Diagnose issues using meters, meggers, and diagnostic tools Support PLC troubleshooting (Allen-Bradley environment) Perform preventive maintenance to improve equipment reliability Install and support new electrical systems tied to plant expansion Work cross-functionally with mechanical teams on repairs Lockout/tagout and isolate systems for safe maintenance execution Conduct safety inspections in accordance with MSHA regulationsEducation and Work Experience:At least 4 years U.S. Military experience (Electrical background)3–5+ years in heavy industrial electrical environments (mining, manufacturing, cement, steel, etc.) Strong troubleshooting across: 3-phase power systems Motors, drives, starters Power distribution Experience with PLCs (Allen-Bradley preferred)Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and prints Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment Welding/cutting torch experience is a plusTitle: Industrial ElectricianLocations: Laramie WYClient Job ID: 510796742
