This role works closely with Project Management and Project Accounting teams to ensure projects are executed efficiently, on schedule, and with proper documentation.The Project Coordinator is responsible for vendor and subcontractor coordination, compliance tracking, procurement support, permit processing, project scheduling, and customer communication. This role plays a critical part in supporting project delivery by maintaining accurate records, tracking materials and equipment, and providing overall project administrative support in a fast‑paced environment.QualificationsProject coordination or project administration experience in technology or construction environmentsExperience supporting large or complex projects with multiple stakeholdersStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesProficiency in spreadsheets and project management or scheduling softwareExperience with vendor management, subcontractor compliance, and procurement processesAbility to perform plan take‑offs, track materials, and manage project documentationStrong communication skills with the ability to write, read, and communicate fluently in EnglishExcellent written, verbal, and digital communication skillsSelf‑motivated, detail‑oriented team player with a strong customer‑service mindset
