Key Responsibilities:Lead Product Development:Drive initiatives to develop, deploy, and enhance our products in the Liquid Staking or Liquid Restaking space, ensuring they meet users' needs and align with market demand.Strategy and Execution:Define and refine the product vision. Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and product team members to create a cohesive strategy that drives growth and user adoption.Stakeholder Engagement:Gather feedback from users and internal stakeholders to continuously improve the product. Ensure all product decisions are data-driven and aligned with strategic goals.Competitive Analysis:Conduct thorough research on competitors and industry trends. Implement innovative features that keep our products competitive and ahead of the market.Qualifications:Experience:5+ years in product management with experience in DeFi.Passion for Web3/Blockchain:A genuine interest in blockchain technology, its impact on industries, and Liquid Staking or Liquid Restaking space.Analytical and Research Skills:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Ability to conduct thorough market and competitor research.Project Management:Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools like Jira.
