Understand the strategy of the channels.Community management with IG, TikTok and some YouTube and Pinterest.Content Management, Content Calendar, PR Activations, Social Listening.Agency experience is good either working at an agency or working with agencies.Job Description & Responsibilities:The Assistant Manager, Brand Engagement plays a vital role in executing the company's integrated communication strategy, with a primary focus on leading social media content, strategic influencer partnerships, and high-impact PR activations.Working closely with the Brand Engagement Lead, this individual ensures that all social, influencer, and media activities are seamlessly aligned with the overall brand strategy to achieve key marketing objectives and reinforce the brand's premium positioning and industry authority.This role requires a creative, strategically minded, and highly organized professional with a deep understanding of the PR landscape, social media platforms, and the premium consumer products industry.Key Responsibilities:Social Media Content Creation: Create engaging, high-quality content across current social media platforms (Instagram) and new and emerging platforms (Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, Twitter, etc.), tailored to each platform's specific audience and best practices. This includes developing visually appealing content (photos, videos, graphics) that reflects the company's premium brand positioning and expertise.Agency Management: Lead the day-to-day relationship with the social media agency. Act as the primary point of contact to provide strategic direction, brief creative projects, and ensure all agency-produced content meets brand standards and accuracy requirements.Comprehensive Calendar Management: Own and maintain the master social media content calendar, ensuring alignment with brand priorities, launch timelines, and a consistent flow of engaging content across all platforms.Multichannel Expansion: Lead the strategy for entry into emerging platforms (TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, etc.) while maintaining the brand's positioning and authority.Community Management: Work with the internal community management team to ensure best practices for online engagement, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner, and fostering a positive online environment.PR Activation Support: Partner with the Brand Engagement Lead to manage the PR agency to execute daily PR requests, sampling initiatives, partnership opportunities, and earned media outreach.Product Seeding Campaigns & Partnerships: Manage product seeding campaigns, identifying and collaborating with relevant influencers and brand advocates to generate buzz and awareness for products. Track and analyze the results of seeding campaigns to optimize future efforts.Marketing Trainee Supervision: Manage and mentor the Marketing Trainee, providing clear direction, feedback, and professional development for seeding initiatives and analytics/reporting.Influencer Agency Management: Lead the day-to-day relationship with the influencer agency. Act as the primary point of contact to provide direction, manage campaign and launch briefings, and oversee daily communication.Social Media Analytics & Reporting: Monitor key social media metrics, track performance, and provide regular reports to the Brand Engagement Lead on the effectiveness of social media activities. This includes compiling and presenting monthly reports on the performance of owned social media platforms.Trend Monitoring & Content Adaptation: Stay up to date on the latest social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activities. Recommend ways to adapt social media strategy and content to capitalize on emerging trends and maintain a competitive edge.Social Listening & Product Launch Support: Lead social listening activities for new product launches and competitive insights, gathering consumer feedback and insights to inform content optimization and address consumer needs effectively.Share key findings with relevant teams to improve product messaging and marketing strategies.Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Brand Engagement Lead, including scheduling posts, managing social media accounts, and assisting with other tasks as needed.RegardsVishnu Das Natesandvishnu@radiants.com
