We're looking for someone who is detail-oriented, dependable, and passionate about delivering top-tier results.Key Responsibilities Complete bathroom remodels, often within a single dayUtilize carpentry and trim carpentry skills to ensure precision and qualityFollow company installation standards and proceduresMaintain a professional and courteous demeanor with customersKeep job sites clean and organized, respecting customers' homesEducate customers on product care and maintenanceComplete required paperwork and submit job photosMaintain and stock installation vehicle with necessary tools and materialsQualifications 2+ years of experience in carpentry, trim carpentry, or home remodelingAbility to take accurate measurements using standard toolsHigh school diploma or GED (or equivalent)Valid driver's license with a clean driving recordBasic plumbing knowledge (preferred)Proficiency with power tools (drills, jigsaws, etc.)Ability to lift up to 100 lbsWhat We Offer Consistent project opportunitiesCompetitive pay structureWork independently as a 1099 contractorOpportunity to partner with a growing, reputable companyReady to Join Us?
