The role focuses on enabling scalable, secure, and automated test data provisioning using synthetic data generation, masking, subsetting, and self-service data platforms for enterprise QA and development teams.Requirement/Must Have:8 12+ years of experience in enterprise Test Data Management (TDM), data masking, subsetting, and synthetic data generation.Strong architectural experience designing enterprise TDM solutions.Hands-on experience with TDM tools such as GenRocket, K2View, Delphix, Broadcom TDM, IBM Optim, or similar platforms.Strong SQL skills with databases like Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, DB2, or Snowflake.Experience supporting functional, regression, performance, and load testing data needs.Strong understanding of data privacy and compliance regulations (GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS).Experience implementing data masking, anonymization, and secure data handling practices.Proven ability to lead enterprise-scale initiatives and mentor technical teams.Experience:Experience defining enterprise TDM strategy and roadmap.Experience implementing automated and self-service TDM platforms.Experience in synthetic data generation strategies to reduce dependency on production data.Experience working with QA, DevOps, Data Engineering, Security, and Compliance teams.Experience supporting enterprise transformation programs.Experience with governance models, standards, and best practices for test data.Responsibilities:Lead enterprise TDM strategy, architecture, and roadmap definition.Design and implement automated TDM solutions including masking, subsetting, and synthetic data generation.Develop self-service data provisioning capabilities for testing teams.Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and internal security policies.Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and secure data availability.Define and enforce TDM standards, frameworks, and governance models.Support QA and performance testing teams with reliable test data strategies.Provide technical leadership and mentorship to TDM engineers and analysts.Contribute to solutioning for proposals, RFPs, and enterprise assessments.Should Have:Experience with API-driven or automated TDM platforms.Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps environments.Cloud experience (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).Experience with enterprise consulting or large-scale transformation programs.Experience in regulated industries such as banking, insurance, healthcare, or telecom.Skills:Test Data Management (TDM).Synthetic Data Generation.Data Masking & Anonymization.Data Subsetting.SQL and Database Management.Enterprise Architecture.Data Privacy Compliance (GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS).TDM Tools (GenRocket, Delphix, K2View, IBM Optim, Broadcom TDM).QA/Test Environment Data Strategy.Governance & Framework Design.Qualification And Education:Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred.Certifications in data management, cloud, or QA architecture are a plus.
