Project Manager for Commercial ProjectsScott Humphrey has partnered with several large, reputable general contractors to assist in identifying a Project Manager for their headquarters in San Antonio.As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing the construction of a wide range of commercial projects, including churches and religious facilities, automotive facilities, financial institutions, aviation, healthcare (including hospitals and MOBs), Class A office buildings, athletic facilities, higher education, K–12 schools, municipal and public works, federal projects, grocery stores, QSRs, and other commercial developments.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field5+ years of Industrial construction experience, including leadership of large or complex projects up to $50M .Proficiency in project financial management, scheduling, contract administration, and subcontractor managementStrong understanding of construction techniques, safety regulations, and quality standardsExperience with industry software platforms (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project or Primavera P6)Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and communication skillsAbout Scott-HumphreyWe are a national recruitment practice specializing in Construction, Real Estate, Legal, Pharma/Med Device, Digital Marketing, Creative, & Shared Services recruitment.
