Senior Manager IT SAP Security
Eaton’s Corporate Sector is hiring a Senior Manager IT SAP Security in any of our IT Hub locations in the US. Relocation is not offered for this position. This position requires 25 % travel.
What you’ll do:
As the Senior Manager IT SAP Security you will be responsible for maximizing the value of SAP Security and GRC (Governance, Risk and Compliance) offering by creating, prioritizing, managing and communicating the product backlog across a landscape of multiple S4 and an ECC instance. You will report to the VP, IT – Order-to-Remittance & ERP Platforms and lead a global team of internal and external security analysts that analyze, design, develop and support solutions to protect the SAP applications through establishing policies and security models to prevent unauthorized access, use, disclosure or modification of data.
The SAP Security Manager will develop and deliver solutions, including design and implementation of Segregation of Duties Analysis Rules, CTD controls (controlled technical data), Security Role Provisioning solutions, audit reviews, Access Control, Process Control, Security Workflow, Business Process Controls, Security Analytics and GRC Solutions. You will also implement and maintain the standards, governance model, best practices and security template design, along with ownership, strategy and roadmap for any security and GRC applications.
You will collaborate across COE’s and Senior leaders to understand business objectives, to facilitate solutions and define deliverables required to implement complex business processes and solutions whilst ensuring SOX, SOD and audit compliance across the SAP landscapes.
Essential Functions:
Drive solution architecture, ensure technical alignment and facilitate technical solution delivery across SAP security related activities.
Accountable for maintaining high levels of solution design, change control, standardization and reusability, demonstrating a commitment to quality.
Manage contracts with software and service vendors to support the product strategy. Manage vendor strategy and relationship.
Plan, manage, and track product funding and the team's time. Is fully responsible for product budget and profit plan.
Work closely with business stakeholders and customers, understanding their priorities and defining business outcomes and KPIs for the product in collaboration with those key stakeholders.
Drive definition and continuous improvement of product processes (e.g., Lean, Agile, Scrum, DevSecOps, etc.)
Drive efficiencies within the team through the deployment of innovative AI technologies, process optimization, automation and most efficient use of resources, global team structure and external parties.
Work closely with business partners and customers to define epics that align with key business objectives for the Scrum or Kanban team.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution. Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum 10 years of experience in IT or IT audit with ERP management.
Experience with SAP security and GRC across a complex multiple SAP instance architecture.
Minimum 7 years of experience as a Product Owner or equivalent position.
Prior manager of people experience.
Must be legally authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship now or in the future.
No relocation is offered for this position. All candidates must currently reside within 50 miles of Beachwood, OH, Galesburg MI, Raleigh NC, Moon Township PA, Houston TX or Menomonee Falls WI.
Skills:
Exceptional ERP Security functional knowledge across GRC, SOX, SOD, CTD, role design and governance processes.
Executive communication skills.
Strong knowledge of and experience working with design thinking methodologies.

Strong understanding of lean principles with respect to product and portfolio management.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $153749.97 - $225499.96 a year. This role is also eligible for a variable incentive program.
