About the roleCredo is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to oversee IT and Security operations during a period of rapid growth. The role centers on managing project plans, milestones, and documentation standards while translating complex requirements into clear, actionable deliverables. Working under the Head of IT, the ideal candidate brings strong organizational skills, a solid grasp of IT protocols and workflows, and the ability to adapt priorities, manage risks, and collaborate effectively across all stakeholder groups to drive operational efficiency.Base salary range is $120,000 - $150,000 a year. The base salary offer will depend on factors such as education, experience, training, skills, qualifications, and location. Our technology powers the most reliable and energy-efficient connections around the world – and our team powers new products and markets that come next.ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & ExecutionOwn end-to-end project delivery from initiation through closureDefine scope, goals, deliverables, success criteria, and resource allocationsDevelop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and milestonesEnsure all projects meet technical, business, security, and compliance requirementsStakeholder & Communication ManagementServe as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholdersFacilitate status meetings and communicate progress, risks, and issues clearlyProduce concise project documentation, timelines, and executive summariesAlign cross-functional teams across IT, Security, Facilities, Finance, and vendorsRisk, Issue & Change ManagementProactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risksTrack and resolve issues affecting scope, schedule, or qualityManage change requests with proper approvals, documentation, and impact analysisEscalate critical issues to IT leadership as neededVendor & Resource CoordinationCoordinate with external vendors and service providers on deliverables and timelinesSupport vendor evaluation, quotations, and implementation activitiesEnsure all vendor work aligns with internal standards and security policiesGovernance & DocumentationEnsure adherence to IT standards, change management protocols, and audit requirementsMaintain accurate, up-to-date project documentation and decision traceabilityContribute to continuous improvement of project management processesQualificationsBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field5+ years of IT or technology project management experienceProven track record delivering infrastructure, network, cloud, or security projectsSolid understanding of IT and security concepts, including servers, storage, networking, virtualization, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP), identity management, and compliance principlesFamiliarity with SOPs, change management, and incident management processesExcellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skillsAbility to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environmentAbout Credo Credo’s mission is to transform connectivity at scale through fast, reliable, and energy-efficient system solutions.
