Sales Operations Associate

We’re seeking a Sales Operations Associate to join our team. If you’re tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and passionate about optimizing sales operations, we’d love to have you on board. A Sales Operations Associate works behind the scenes to ensure that the sales team has the tools and processes needed to succeed. They will assist in troubleshooting process issues, maintain data integrity, and work with the team to ensure that sales operations run smoothly. Their work supports the sales and marketing teams in achieving their goals and contributes to the overall success of the company. Some key functions for our Sales Operations Associate include: Pulling CPU (customer pick-up) orders accurately Raymond and Scissor lift experience is required Manage webstore and UPS orders Manage returns and defective material areas and report to appropriate team members Label and organize extrusion areas Work in partnership for end of month inventory and panel stock inventory Marketing sample and collateral production and shipping to customers and field sales Assist with direct phone calls- inbound/outbound Assist with customer service to include order entry Our next Sales Operations Associate demonstrates: Ability to troubleshooting and refine sales processes Maintaining high levels of procedure efficiency and data quality Strong organizational skills, cleanliness in all aspects of work areas and attention to detail is required Strong interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration Self-motivated with a drive to succeed Job Type: Full-time Pay: $16.00 per hour Job Type: Full-time Pay: $16.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Vision insurance Schedule: 8 hour shift Monday to Friday No nights No weekends Work Location: In person
