Cardiac tele experience required. We are a 48-bed cardiac-focused stepdown unit. 4 bed pulmonary care beds and 10 cardiac surgery beds. Frequent IV drips include Heparin, Milrinone, Lasix, and Bumex. Frequent diagnoses include CHF, NSTEMI, arrhythmias, and vascular surgery.
