Machine Operator Job Duties: · Follow all safety rules and guidelines. · Set-up and operate computer numerical controlled (CNC) machinery. · Ensure equipment is operating efficiently while conforms to quality standards. · Accurately interpret job specifications and other instructions provided by supervision. · Troubleshoot equipment and make basic adjustments. · Complete tasks within specified timeframe accurately while working independently and/or as a team. · Maintain housekeeping of the general area around the machine including sweeping the work area and picking up loose items. · Identify and report any safety concerns to supervision. Qualifications: *Must be safety focused. *High school diploma, GED, or equivalent relevant manufacturing experience. *Ability to stand for entire shift and walk throughout the facility. *Must be able to repeatedly lift 10-20 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs. *Ability to perform basic math computations. *Must be able to communicate effectively with others. *Must be flexible with required working hours, including overtime. *Must be team oriented with focus on quality and production.
