Part Time Leasing Consultant

Part-time Leasing Consultant needed at Murrieta Meadows Apartments. (www.murrietameadows.com) The schedule is Monday, Thursday, and Friday from 12:00 p.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. The position pays $19-$20 per hour. Applicants must have at least one year leasing experience. AppFolio experience is highly desirable. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: - Marketing and showing vacant apartment homes - Screening applicants, preparing electronic leases, and completing move-in and move-out inspections. - Excellent Customer Service Skills: Assist prospective and current residents with assistance with applications, leases, resident ledgers, maintenance service requests, and community rule enforcement. - Assisting and covering for the Community Manager with other assigned tasks.
