Data Validation Specialist

Validate financial data migrated from PeopleSoft into Oracle Fusion.Compare accounting reports generated from both ERP systems to ensure balances, totals, and financial information reconcile accurately.Perform detailed financial reconciliations using Excel.Identify discrepancies, research variances, and communicate findings to Accounting, IT, and the ERP implementation team.Verify that migrated financial data accurately reflects historical accounting records.Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and financial system validation activities.Document testing results, issues, and resolutions.Work closely with accounting staff to ensure expected financial outcomes are achieved in Oracle Fusion.Support ongoing ERP implementation testing throughout the migration process.Maintain organized documentation using Microsoft Teams and shared file repositories.
