Enrichment Instructor

We are seeking a committed instructor for our after school program at Oasis Elementary for the 2024-2025 school year in the following areas: Crafts Drumline Robotics Sports Willing to consider any other enrichment activity The ideal candidate will be passionate for the job. Candidate will teach and supervise students while also keeping students engaged. Duties and Requirements Included, but not limited to: Be able to handle a group of 20 students on your own Motivate and inspire students Instill discipline Use a variety of teaching skills and modify teaching techniques as necessary to be successful during the school year Create lesson plans Be willing to work some Saturdays for various types of events including Saturday activities and field trips Supervise students during their supper time Attend monthly staff meetings Attend Professional development trainings Accepts responsibility for maintenance/necessary housekeeping duties of the classroom, common use areas, and playground. Possess a strong work ethic, be punctual, and have minimal absences Job Type: Part-time Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour Schedule: After school Monday to Friday Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred) Experience: Teaching: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person
