Technical Program Manager (TPM)

Confiz is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead large-scale network, infrastructure, and cloud transformation programs across retail stores, distribution centers, and cloud environments. This role partners closely with Network, Infrastructure, Cloud, Security, and Operations teams to deliver highly reliable, business-critical network solutions.ResponsibilitiesProgram Leadership & Delivery Lead end-to-end delivery of complex network and infrastructure programs across:Retail store environmentsDistribution centersData centers and cloud platformsServe as the primary TPM liaison to Network and Infrastructure leadership, ensuring alignment on priorities, timelines, and outcomes.Cloud & Hybrid Infrastructure Initiatives Manage cloud and hybrid infrastructure migration programs, including:On-premises to cloud transitionsIntegration of legacy systems with modern cloud platformsDNS migration and traffic routing initiatives (on-prem DNS to cloud-based DNS)Network Connectivity & Resiliency Own programs related to:Store and distribution center connectivity (WAN, SD-WAN, broadband, LTE/5G failover)Internet service provider strategy, redundancy, and failover designNetwork resiliency, uptime, and performance for business-critical systemsHardware Lifecycle & Site Migrations Coordinate network hardware lifecycle programs, including:Routers, switches, firewalls, and related network devicesStore and distribution center equipment refreshes and upgradesPlan and execute site cutovers and migrations with minimal business disruption Develop and manage program artifacts, including:Program roadmaps and delivery plansCutover and rollback strategiesDependency maps and risk registersQualifications8+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or Infrastructure Program ManagementProven experience leading large-scale programs involving enterprise networks, cloud, and hybrid infrastructureStrong understanding of enterprise networking concepts, including WAN/SD-WAN, redundant connectivity, and store/DC network designExperience with cloud networking in AWS, Azure, or GCP, including hybrid connectivity (VPN, Direct Connect, ExpressRoute) and DNS migrationsFamiliarity with network security fundamentals (firewalls, segmentation, access controls)Ability to translate complex technical designs into clear, executable program plansExperience managing large-scale rollouts, site migrations, cutovers, rollback strategies, and risk mitigationStrong dependency management across physical and cloud infrastructureExperience working with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery modelsExcellent executive communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skillsWe have a global team of amazing individuals working on highly innovative enterprise projects & products.
