We're not just another national chain - we're a tight-knit, community-oriented team looking for dedicated Maintenance Technicians to ensure our guests have the best possible experience during their stays.STRM is currently hiring Maintenance Technicians who love problem-solving in homes and are also comfortable using an app to track your tasks. As a Maintenance Technician, you are responsible for maintaining and repairing the properties for guest stays to ensure they have the best first impression and experience possible. You will be responsible for helping with both routine maintenance tasks, as well as minor repairs in the furnished rentals we manageYour schedule will be a mix of pre-scheduled routine maintenance visits, and last-minute repair visits based on repair needs reported for the home.ResponsibilitiesPerform routine maintenance tasks for vacation rental homes, including changing air filters and light bulbs, maintaining grills, checking for leaks, etcPerform light repairs at homes, including minor furniture and appliance repairs, drywall, paint touch-ups, minor plumbing, minor electric, etcComplete exterior cleaning at homes, including pressure washingTravel from site to site (usually at least 1-2 homes per day)Ensure all properties are cared for and inspected according to standardsMaintain all cleaning equipment, supplies, and productsRequirementsIdeal applicants are hard-working, have strong attention to detail, and are problem solversPrior experience with property maintenance is preferredHave at least 4 days available each week.
