Professionals with strong attention to detail and a high degree of accountability. Candidates who are flexible to support rotating shifts during live market coverage windows. Those with a genuine interest in prediction markets, sports trading, or broader financial markets. What Youll DoConduct daily trade practice surveillance and support new customer onboarding. Assist in preparing and submitting timely regulatory filings to the CFTC. Review and update exchange policies and procedures for compliance. Identify, investigate, and escalate potential trade practice violations. Partner closely with the Regulation Team on investigations and oversight. Monitor market activity, participant behavior, and industry performance trends. Provide rotational coverage during market hours for continuous surveillance. What Were Looking ForAt least 1 year of experience in market regulation or compliance within a relevant financial entity. Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accountability. Flexibility to support rotating shifts during live market coverage windows. Familiarity with case management systems and market surveillance tools is preferred. A genuine interest in prediction markets, sports trading, or broader financial markets. Curiosity about how evolving products intersect with regulation.CompensationCompensation: $27+ hour.
