The Opportunity This RevOps Analyst will be the strategic backbone of a high‑growth sales organization, directly influencing our ability to scale Kami’s impact globally. You will architect the workflows that empower our sales representatives to spend less time on administration and more time building genuine relationships with our customers. The insights you generate will provide the clarity needed to navigate complex market shifts, ensuring that every strategic decision is backed by rigorous analysis, and designing systems that make their day‑to‑day more efficient both through technology and enablement.
As a key member of the team, your influence will be felt across the entire company, from improving employee satisfaction through better tooling to drive tangible revenue results that fuel our future product innovations, and help our go‑to‑market teams build their enablement toolkit by building up their skills in addition to our technology to amplify their success. What You’ll Do Manage and optimize the sales tech stack by administering tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot and integrating auxiliary software such as Clari, Gong or Outreach.
Architect and maintain data integrity within the CRM through regular audits, lead‑to‑account mapping, and the enforcement of validation rules.
Develop comprehensive performance dashboards that track real‑time metrics including Activity KPIs, Pipeline Health, and Win/Loss ratios.
Partner with Sales Leadership to design and implement strategic initiatives such as territory mapping, quota setting and performance analysis.
Design, organize and lead sales enablement sessions with sales team stakeholders to ensure alignment on strategic plays and best practices.
Facilitate the Marketing‑to‑Sales handoff by managing lead scoring and routing logic to ensure every MQL is followed up on in a timely manner.
Build predictive forecasting models by analyzing historical trends and seasonal data to project monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
What You’ll Bring CRM expertise and technical proficiency: 2–4 years of experience as a power user or administrator in HubSpot or similar CRMs such as Salesforce. Comfortable navigating complex back‑end settings, creating custom objects, and managing third‑party integrations.
Analytical mindset and data storytelling: Turn raw numbers into a narrative. Proficient in Google Sheets (or MS Excel) and experienced with data visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, PowerBI or Hex.
Systems thinking and problem solving: Build scalable processes that benefit the entire organization and anticipate cross‑functional impacts.
Exceptional communication and collaboration: Translate technical CRM jargon into plain English, act as a bridge between Marketing, Sales and Finance to keep everyone aligned on revenue goals.
