As the MS365 Power Platform Developer, the individual will provide expert level experience and knowledge in developing applications and automation solution and associated methodology to support colleagues (developers) through all phases of the System Development Lifecycle (SDLC). In this role, the individual will collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Responsibilities
Extensive experience in the Microsoft Power Platform, Dataverse and M365
Experience customizing SharePoint lists, libraries, sites, pages and related components
Hands-on experience with developing Power Platform complex custom technical solutions
Strong RPA experience
Design and develop custom applications using Power Apps to streamline and automate business processes
Create and manage workflows using Power Automate to integrate various systems and automate tasks
Develop interactive and insightful reports and dashboards using Power BI
Familiarity with API and how to leverage them
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SharePoint Online and Power Platform solutions
Maintain and optimize existing Power Platform applications to ensure high performance and reliability
Stay updated with the latest features and best practices of the Power Platform.
Provide training and support to end-users on Power Platform or any solutions developed.
Create and maintain documentation of created solutions
Assists the Government in developing the intended functional requirements, writing, and managing the detail design, and reviewing and clarifying any questions or issues. Present the suggested solution to the Government for approval and implementation
Supports day-to-day administration tasks such as group policy
Administers SharePoint top level sites and handle day-to-day user issues on SharePoint by recreating list and libraries, providing training and support to users
Supports the Government with IT requirements identification; data management and modeling; implementation of electronic business initiatives; and developing and executing concepts and programming objectives
Assists the Government in managing the SharePoint program and related IT functions and equipment, ensuring compliance with command guidance
On a monthly frequency, provides SharePoint Diagnostic technical support/help desk support reports indicating the number of support actions, the nature of the actions, measures of success/user satisfaction, identification of trouble areas, and recommended changes to processes or training requirements
Resolves SharePoint IT/Information Management (IM) issues at supported organizations
Provides help desk services and technical support on the SharePoint Program during normal duty hours.
Performs other tasks as required by OSC and the Government contracting office
Required Qualifications/Education and Experience
Must have 8 years of experience leveraging Power Platform, SharePoint, SQL Server, and related technologies in the development of moderate to complex, multi-user applications deployed into a product enterprise computing environment
Must have and maintain Secret Personnel Clearance
Must have and maintain Sec+ CE
M365 Power Platform training
Must have and maintain Secret Personnel Clearance
Must possess expert knowledge M365 and Microsoft Power Platform (PL-200, PL-900)
Must possess prior experience with RPA development / M365 / Power Platform
Must have strong hands-on experience in developing interactive and insightful reports and dashboards using Power BI
Preferred Qualifications/Education and Experience
Microsoft PowerBI experience (preferred)
