Field Customer Care SpecialistPaul Davis Restoration of Lanier Isles is looking for a Field Customer Care Specialist to join our team. This role is focused on delivering an exceptional customer experience during times of loss by supporting homeowners on-site and ensuring clear, consistent communication throughout the restoration process. This position is ideal for someone who is personable, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced, field-based environment.
