Reverse Logistics Coordinator

About the RoleWe are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Reverse Logistics Coordinator to support Fuse Specialty Appliances & Plumbing in managing the return, and resolution of products across our operations. This role plays a critical part in ensuring returned products are processed efficiently, inventory is properly accounted for, and issues are resolved in a way that supports both our sales team and overall customer experience.The Reverse Logistics Coordinator will work closely with our warehouse, service, and vendor partners to streamline the flow of returned goods, related to vendor defects or exchanges. This position is key to minimizing loss, improving recovery, and maintaining the high standards our builders and clients expect.The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational and analytical skills, a solid understanding of warehouse and logistics operations, and the ability to navigate cross-functional communication. This role will also contribute to process improvements, vendor coordination, and operational efficiency across both our East and West Coast teams.Join us in driving accountability, improving workflows, and supporting Fuse’s commitment to delivering a seamless, high-touch experience from order to installation and beyond.Key ResponsibilitiesReturns ManagementLead and manage the Return Authorization (RA) process from start to finish, ensuring smooth and efficient handling returns.Establish and maintain return policies, guidelines, and procedures that align with company standards and customer expectations.Develop and maintain workflows that streamline the RA process, reduce delays, and minimize errors.Monitor and track RA requests to ensure timely processing and adherence to return timelines.Maintain a comprehensive and organized record of return requests, RA numbers, product conditions, and outcomes for audit and compliance purposes.Issue Return Authorization (RA) numbers and ensure clear, concise instructions are provided for product returns.Ensure that RA numbers and return requests are properly documented and resolve discrepancies where necessary.Coordinate the transportation of returned products from customers or stores back to warehouses, repair centers, or recycling facilities.What We’re Looking For2+ years of experience in warehouse, logistics, inventory, or supply chain operationsStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple prioritiesExperience coordinating vendor returns and claims.Strong communication skills with the ability to work across teamsProblem-solving mindset with a focus on accountability and efficiencyExperience with inventory or ERP systems preferredWhy FuseAt Fuse, operations drive the experience.
