Senior Manufacturing Engineer – Precision Solenoid Valve ProductsWestbrook, CT | OnsiteI’m currently working with a highly respected precision manufacturer that is looking to add a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to their team in Westbrook, Connecticut.This role supports the production and continuous improvement of miniature solenoid valve products used in highly demanding applications. The engineer in this position will play a key role in developing and improving manufacturing processes, supporting new product introductions, and driving process improvements that enhance quality, efficiency, and reliability.While this position does not include direct supervisory responsibility, it does require strong technical leadership and the ability to influence cross-functional teams across engineering, quality, and operations.Key areas of focus include:• Manufacturing process development and optimization • Supporting new product introductions and process transfers • Root cause analysis and troubleshooting of production challenges • Continuous improvement of yield, quality, and throughput • Collaboration with engineering and operations teams to implement process improvementsIdeal background:• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or similar • 7+ years of manufacturing engineering experience • Experience supporting precision components, electromechanical assemblies, or fluid control products • Strong hands-on problem-solving and process improvement skillsThis is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on manufacturing engineering and technical leadership in a precision production environment.
