This role works closely with warehouse, logistics, and inventory teams to maintain excellent customer service and accurate records.Duties & ResponsibilitiesProcess and manage customer orders, shipment requests, and related documentationRespond promptly to customer inquiries regarding orders, deliveries, inventory, and shipping statusCoordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate shipmentsMaintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and order updatesInvestigate and resolve customer complaints, shipping discrepancies, and order issuesMonitor inventory availability and communicate shortages or delays to customers and managementSupport scheduling of inbound and outbound shipmentsPrepare reports and update ERP/WMS systems with order and shipment informationCollaborate with internal departments to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiencyMaintain a professional and customer-focused approach in all interactionsPerform other job-related duties as assigned by managementPhysical Requirements • Sit for extended periods while working at a computer • Occasionally stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs • Occasionally stand, walk, or move materials as needed • Use hands and arms for typing and handling office materials • Maintain visual focus for reviewing data and system inputsRequired Skills • Strong customer service and communication skills • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced warehouse environment • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Microsoft 365) • Experience working with ERP, WMS, or order management systems • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teamsPreferred Skills • Experience in warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment • Knowledge of shipping, receiving, and inventory processes • Familiarity with customer order management and transportation coordination Education • High school diploma or equivalent required • Associate degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred
