This position is responsible for moving materials efficiently throughout the facility, loading and unloading shipments, and maintaining an organized warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will have previous forklift experience, strong attention to safety, and a solid work ethic.Mon-Fri 7am-4pm with overtime as needed$20.00-$21.00hrKey Responsibilities:Safely operate a sit-down forklift to move, load, unload, and store materialsTransport products throughout the warehouse and production areasLoad and unload trucks accurately and efficientlyPerform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needsMaintain inventory accuracy using scanners or paperwork as requiredKeep work areas clean, organized, and hazard-freeFollow all company safety policies and proceduresAssist with general warehouse duties as neededQualifications:Recent sit-down forklift experience requiredAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detail and safety awarenessReliable attendance and punctuality requiredAbout Star Staffing:A women-powered workforce solutions and staffing company serving Northern California with offices in Santa Rosa, Petaluma, Napa, Fairfield, Sacramento, Lodi, Hayward, Stockton, and Manteca.
