About The Role:
We are seeking a talented Frontend Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing the core product experiences that enable customers to explore, visualize, and share their data within Omni. You will take ownership of meaningful features from conception through to deployment, ensuring delivery of polished, intuitive, and high-performance interfaces across the platform. Your work will include building surfaces for data embedding, working closely with product, design, and engineering teams to create seamless integrations, and engaging directly with customers to understand their needs and feedback. This position offers high autonomy, allowing you to take full ownership of large areas of the frontend stack with minimal oversight, and to influence the overall user experience of Omni.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
- At least 2+ years operating at a senior level, with a proven track record of shipping production software independently
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScriptExperience with data or business intelligence tools such as SQL, Looker, Tableau, Mode, Amplitude, or Google Analytics
- Demonstrated ability to deliver senior-level projects directly to customers
- Proficiency with AI coding tools and workflows like Claude Code and Cursor
- Experience building and maintaining APIs or SDKs for external consumption
- Excellent decision-making skills with a bias toward action and shipping with limited oversight
Nice To Have:
- Startup experience
- Working knowledge of Java or Python
- Experience developing SaaS applications in cloud environments
Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end development of features within Omni’s frontend, including technical decisions, implementation, and deployment
- Collaborate directly with customers and product teams to understand integration requirements and scope solutions
- Design and develop APIs, SDKs, and front-end interfaces that enable seamless embedding of Omni into client applications
- Implement iterative shipping processes, continuously refining features based on customer feedback
- Leverage AI coding tools to increase development velocity and focus on high-impact technical work
- Work closely with engineering teams across the tech stack to ensure cohesive product development
- Represent customer needs in broader product planning and engineering discussions
