Learning Partner- Technical Development

Overview In this role you design and deliver technical learning programs for CoreWeave’s Sunnyvale engineering and product hub. You will translate complex AI infrastructure concepts into accessible learning experiences for technical and cross-functional audiences, guiding programs from scoping to evaluation with minimal supervision. The position emphasizes partnering with senior technical stakeholders and shaping the technical development function. You’ll drive AI literacy and capability-building across a fast-moving, highly technical environment, with a clear impact on workforce readiness and product outcomes.
