Key Responsibilities:Provide speech-language pathology services to a caseload of 25 students, ages 3–8.Develop and implement individualized therapy plans, focusing mainly on preschoolers including children with multiple disabilities, ASD, and preschool disabilities.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, educators, and families to maximize student progress.Document and track intervention results, maintaining compliance with IEPs and district standards. Desired Qualifications:Master's degree in Speech-Languagestate licensure in New Jersey (or eligibility).CCC-SLP credential or Clinical Fellow (CFY) considered.Experience with pediatric, school-based, or healthcare SLP services preferred.Strong communication and collaborative skills.
