The Clerical 3 position provides administrative support for department, project, or program operations. This role requires an individual with onsite availability at the Port of Seattle, offering administrative expertise to coordinate office activities, assist with event management, and support project work.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate project-related documentation and assist with project tasks.Maintain calendars and organize team meetings.Prepare meeting materials, track tasks, and provide administrative support.Assist in preparing reports and communications related to project or departmental activities.Handle customer inquiries and provide project updates.Organize and coordinate events, such as internal meetings and workshops.Required Business Knowledge / SkillsAdministrative support and project coordination.Strong calendar and meeting management.Experience preparing reports and handling communications.Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
