Our host team members are responsible for creating a warm and friendly environment and to insure our guests have a wonderful and memorable customer experience. Duties and Responsibilities: Consistently evaluates premises for cleanliness in accordance with Kumori Standards. Always greet customers, guests, visitors with a smile. Maintains a neat, clean and organized front-of-house environment. Always provides excellent customer service. Responds to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner. Accurately uses and balance cash registers. Maintain cash control over register drawer and verify amounts are correct. Always follows and maintains safety and health procedures. Other duties assigned. Qualifications: Energetic, friendly, cheerful, dependable and always maintains a positive attitude. Values teamwork and understands the importance of serving and helping others. Always has a smile and is able to create and maintain eye contact. Must be able to organize, plan ahead, and engage in positive conversations with our guests. Must be at least 16 years of age Physical Requirements: Remain on your feet for several hours at a time Lift up to 20 pounds Bend, kneel, stoop, and sweep frequently
