Learfield is seeking a part-time Associate Coordinator to support on-campus operations for one of our Sports Properties. This role is critical to delivering on our partnership commitments and supporting game day execution, sponsorship fulfillment, and administrative operations. We are looking for a highly organized, dependable team member who thrives in a fast-paced, event-driven environment.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesServe as a professional and positive representative of Learfield on campus, maintaining strong working relationships with university partners and ensuring all interactions reflect well on both the property and the schoolSupport execution of sponsorship elements to ensure fulfillment and client satisfactionAssist with gameday and event operations, including setup of in-venue signage, hospitality areas/suites, and promotional displaysSupport fulfillment of on- and off-field/court sponsorship activations (displays, promotional handouts, contests, etc.)Prepare proposals and presentations using PowerPointUtilize proprietary systems to support reporting, data entry, and basic analysisCommunicate with athletics staff, promotions personnel, and Sports Properties team members; assist with select client/partner interactionsProvide general office and administrative supportAssist with gameday program salesSupport additional projects and responsibilities as neededMinimum QualificationsExperience in customer service, sales, marketing, or a related field preferredStrong written and verbal communication skillsHighly organized with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasksDemonstrated initiative and ability to work both independently and as part of a teamStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityAbility to build and maintain positive working relationshipsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with social media platformsReliable, punctual, and able to consistently meet the demands of a gameday/event-driven scheduleAbility to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to support athletic eventsLearfield offers a full spectrum of benefits for eligible employees including Medical, Dental, Vision, Health Savings Account, Life Insurance and Other Insurance Plans, Flexible Paid Time Off (minimum 10+ days annually), including Parental Leave, 20 Paid Holidays, 401(k) + Match, and Short/Long Term Disability.
