Project Locations: NC, OH, IN, MIType: Contract + W2 benefits + per diemPay: $45 - $60/hrIndustry: Data Center ConstructionSummaryThis role is responsible for overseeing field operations, coordinating subcontractors and craft labor, managing schedules, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.ResponsibilitiesLead onsite construction activities for Data Center, Mission Critical, and Industrial projectsSupervise craft labor, subcontractors, and field personnel including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and sheet metal tradesCoordinate scheduling, manpower, equipment, materials, and daily construction operationsSupport equipment startup, commissioning, QA/QC, and project closeout activities.Ensure work complies with drawings, specifications, project schedules, and safety standardsCoordinate with project management, engineering, quality control, procurement, and subcontractors to resolve field issuesMonitor productivity, project progress, and workforce performanceEnforce OSHA safety standards and company safety programsQualifications8+ years of Superintendent or construction supervisory experience on commercial, industrial, mission critical, or data center projectsExperience managing large-scale projects valued at $50M+ preferredKnowledge of construction scheduling, cost control, commissioning, and field operationsAbility to lead large teams and coordinate multiple trades and subcontractorsValid US driver’s license requiredAll applicants must be able to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship of any type#ZR
