A company is looking for a Mental Health Therapist to provide virtual therapy and support to clients. Key ResponsibilitiesConduct 20-25 one-on-one virtual psychotherapy sessions weekly Perform comprehensive psychosocial assessments and create treatment plans with SMART goals Document all sessions in an electronic medical record and ensure compliance with HIPAA and insurance requirementsRequired QualificationsMasters Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field allowing for independent practice Full independent licensure: LMHC, LPC, LCPC, LCSW, or LMFT Minimum of 2 years of experience providing psychotherapy Thorough understanding of therapeutic modalities such as CBT, ACT, DBT, and Solution Focused Therapy Experience working with a diverse population and background in treating depression and anxiety preferred
