Material Handler

Job Description We are seeking a Material Handler for a 6+ month (potential to convert to perm) contract position in Tulsa, OK!Must be a U.S. citizen or Green Card holder/U.S. permanent resident that can be on our W-2. No 3 rd party candidatesMust pass background check & drug screenPay Rate: $21.00 - $23.00/hour W2 (potential to convert to perm)In this position, you'll play a key role in supporting engineering and installation operations by managing inventory, coordinating shipments, and ensuring accurate material handling within a fast-paced warehouse environment.Key Requirements:Prepare and process engineering installation ordersCoordinate delivery scheduling, shipment tracking, and issue resolution with carriers and installersPerform inventory cycle counts and reconciliations in SAPLoad/unload and verify incoming and outgoing materials against documentationPick, pack, and ship orders using UPS WorldShip and freight carriers (LTL)Process RMAs, returns, and de-install materials using SAP and internal toolsTroubleshoot inventory discrepancies and system issuesSupport rotational after-hours/on-call shipment requestsWhat We're Looking For:2+ year of warehouse experience (WMS required)Experience with inventory control, order fulfillment, and returns processingStrong computer skills (SAP experience highly preferred, along with Outlook, Excel, Word)Ability to operate a forklift and lift up to 50 lbsKnowledge of international shipping or freight shippingForklift CertifiedPreferred Experience:SAP / SAP WM systemsHigh-volume distribution environmentsTelecommunications materials and equipment handling
