This role plays a critical part in ensuring product quality standards are met through inspection, documentation, and reporting using MS Companies' technology-driven processes.ResponsibilitiesPerform visual and/or manual inspection of parts and materials to ensure quality standards are metIdentify, document, and report defects or non-conformances to leadershipFollow established quality inspection procedures at all stages of productionAccurately record inspection results using company systems and toolsCommunicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding quality concernsMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work environmentMaintain consistent attendance and arrive on time as scheduledAdhere to all company policies, client requirements, and safety regulationsMaintain productivity and accuracy in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentPhysical RequirementsMust be able to visually identify defects in color, shape, size, or texture of partsMust be able to hear and differentiate sounds in a manufacturing environmentMust be able to sit, stand, walk, and move throughout the workday for extended periods on concrete floors (up to 10-12 hours)Must be able to move within buildings and operational areas, including ascending and descending stairsMust be able to reach, turn, stoop, bend, crouch, kneel, and maintain balance to prevent fallsMust be able to reach overhead and perform repetitive movementsMust be able to lift, carry, transfer, push, and pull up to 30 lbs.Must be able to grasp with both hands and perform fine motor tasks requiring coordination and repetitive motionGood hand-eye coordination for inspection and material handlingMust be able to work in a manufacturing environment with varying temperaturesQualificationsAbility to communicate clearly and effectively, including understanding and following detailed verbal instructionsPrevious quality inspection or manufacturing experienceFamiliarity with quality standards, work instructions, or inspection checklistsExperience using digital reporting systems (e.g., tablets, mobile apps, or Salesforce)Work HoursWork hours and schedules may vary by location, the nature of work, your department, and customers' needs, and are subject to change from time to time to meet business needs.Labor Pool - Variable Schedule Based on Business Needs (Hours Not Guaranteed)BenefitsFlexible scheduling optionsComprehensive insurance and benefits packagesTraining provided for career advancement opportunitiesTeam-oriented company cultureAccess to earned wages through Daily PayOther DutiesPlease note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
