_*About the Position*_
Mammoth Metal Structures is a growing company looking for a highly organized, exceptionally detail-oriented Order Processor to join our team.
This is a fast-paced position that requires someone who can manage multiple projects, communicate confidently with customers and dealers, catch mistakes before they become problems, and keep orders moving from start to finish.
We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, follows through, and wants to grow with a company and help build it.
_*Responsibilities*_
* Receive, review, verify, and process orders for metal buildings and Turn-Key Projects.
* Double-check pricing, calculations, measurements, and order details for accuracy.
* Communicate with customers throughout the project using phone calls, emails, and text messages.
* Follow up with customers for missing information, documentation, payments, and approvals.
* Communicate professionally with dealers, customers, businesses, vendors, and internal team members.
* Create and maintain payment schedules for customer projects.
* Maintain accurate paperwork, records, and project documentation.
* Enter and maintain information in company systems, including Sensei CRM, Word, and Excel.
* Identify and resolve discrepancies or potential issues before they become larger problems.
* Manage multiple projects, deadlines, and changing priorities while keeping work organized and accurate.
* Work with other departments and team members to keep projects moving and provide a positive customer experience.
_*What We're Looking For*_
* Minimum *2 years of administrative, office support, order processing, or customer service experience*.
* Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong follow-up and time-management abilities.
* Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills.
* Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
* Comfortable working independently while also being a team player.
* Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment.
* Able to adapt when priorities change.
* Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
* Comfortable learning new software and systems.
* Strong math skills and confidence reviewing pricing and calculations.
* Dependable, proactive, and willing to take ownership of responsibilities.
_*Industry Experience*_
*Metal building experience is not required.*
We will provide training and company resources to teach you our products, systems, and processes. We are looking for someone who is willing to learn and wants to become an important part of our team.
_*Who We're Looking For*_
This position is *not a basic clock-in, clock-out job.*
