HVAC Traveling Maintenance Technician (48061)

As a residential Maintenance Technician, you are responsible for ongoing facility maintenance and repairs to keep the company’s multifamily properties operating and appearing at their best.The How…You will use your three-plus years of experience in property maintenance (either in a residential or hospitality setting) to address work orders before issues escalate into major problems. You’ve done light carpentry, are experienced with minor electrical or plumbing repairs, and aren’t afraid to work on HVAC systems.You are interested in growing your career and have obtained one or more relevant certifications so you can take on more complex repair and maintenance work using your EPA, CPO, HVAC, Electrical, or Plumbing certifications or technical degrees that this property needs.You want to positively impact people’s lives by proactively addressing routine maintenance and the general cleanliness of the property, including resident amenities such as the pool and clubhouse.Your friendly and efficient approach is perfect when engaging with residents in their units and about the property. You are committed to creating a safe working environment for the team and a safe living environment for our residents with a safety-first approach to everything you do.The Details…You will work full-time, generally Monday through Friday; however, this position is not limited to weekday hours and may require working evenings, Saturdays and Sundays as needed.While we provide equipment and supplies to complete most work orders, you must maintain your own tool kit to complete work orders. You will regularly need to use either a company-owned vehicle or your own to move between properties or pick up supplies off-site.
