Great opportunity for a Family Practice or Internal Medicine Physician to join a great community in Northern Illinois not far from the WI and IA borders and only 1.5 hrs to Chicago, ILBoard Certified or Board Eligible Family Practice or Internal Medicine physicianEstablished outpatient clinicWell known organization within the community - looking to expandCan start quickly if neededMon-Fri 8a-5p with one half Saturday rotated among all providers - very infrequentCall currently one full week, every 6-7 weeks - all calls go through Nurse Triage and call is after clinic hoursWill see 16-20 patients per dayVery generous base salary (one of highest in Illinois) with discretionary bonus at year end and yearly increases$275-385K based on experience and open to discussion for the right candidateLoan repayment through NHSCVisa candidates may applyEMR used is EClinicalWorksPlease refer to Job ID.
