About the RoleWe are looking for a U.S.-based Product Insight Manager (Furniture) to help us deeply understand American consumer lifestyles, home environments, and furniture usage.This role requires hands-on experience in the furniture industry. Candidates without direct furniture or home product experience will not be considered.This role focuses on turning user insights into actionable product inputs for our design team.What You’ll Do1. User Research & Insights (Primary Focus)Analyze customer feedback from Amazon, Wayfair, Reddit, YouTube, and forumsIdentify unmet needs, pain points, and real-life usage scenariosStudy different household types and living spacesDeliver clear user insight reports and product opportunity directions2. Product Opportunity DefinitionTranslate insights into product concepts and briefsRecommend features, dimensions, and use casesProvide clear input to product and design teams3. Market & Competitive AnalysisResearch leading furniture brands (e.g., West Elm, CB2, Article, IKEA)Analyze product structure, design language, and pricingDeliver competitive analysis reports4. Trend Research (~30%)Track home and furniture trends via Pinterest, Instagram, etc.Identify styles, materials, and design directionsTranslate trends into product opportunities5.
