Job Details:Patient Age Range: 16 and older only (No pediatrics)Patient Volume: 8 10 patients/dayCase Mix: Highly complex patients with comorbidities, addiction, behavioral healthSchedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PMCall: 1 week/month (phone only, low volume: 6 8 calls/week)No inpatient or SNF roundingSame-day clinic rotation includedTeam Support: Trained support staff focused on outcomesRequirements:Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Ohio licenseDEA license requiredMinimum 2 years of full-time experience post-residency (no residency or telehealth counted)Must be comfortable prescribing opioidsExperience preferred:Addiction medicine & behavioral healthFQHC/Community Health CenterUnderserved Medicaid populations
